Phoenix Furniture offers delivery to the UK mainland only.


What is The Delivery Charge To Your Location?


  1. All products are subject to delivery charges starting from £30 within a 15 mile radius of the Phoenix Furniture showroom (17 Torrisdale Street Glasgow, G42 8PP).
  2. If located outwith 15 miles of the Phoenix Furniture showroom (17 Torrisdale Street Glasgow, G42 8PP) please enquire within before placing an order.


How long is the wait time for delivery?

Delivery times can fluctuate based on the product type and the manufacturer. We will keep you informed of delivery timescales, when ordering multiple items we aim to deliver them all together. We will promptly inform you of any delays.

How Are Deliveries Carried Out?

Large items are delivered to your home using furniture vans and are unloaded by skilled furniture delivery personnel.

What If I Have To Amend the Delivery Date of My Order? 

If you are unable to take delivery once your items are ready, we will keep it in storage for up to 14 days.

What If There Is Damage or Missing Items Of My Deliver Order?

In the odd instance that goods incur a slight damage or have a manufacturer's defect, it is vital to promptly notify us, and we will make arrangements for on-site repairs if feasible. Otherwise, we will liaise the return of the items to the manufacturer. Please retain the original packaging if items need to be returned. All arrangements for returns and repairs should be made via Phoenixfurniture.info@gmail.com or 0141 423 3787.
